1. Other tournaments will be added as fields become available. Keep checking back as the season progresses.  Summer Schedule will be posted shortly.

2. Please note that sites/locations may change without notice due to field availability. Also, some tournaments may play Sunday games at alternate locations due to field restrictions. If a tournament is cancelled for any reason, USSSA has no financial responsibility other than to refund the entry fee for the cancelled tournament. 

3. Signing up for a tournament scheduled at Big League Dreams does not guarantee that you will play at Big League Dreams. Field restrictions and  the size of various age groups make it impossible to schedule all game at Big League Dreams. Every attempt will be made to schedule as may games as possible at the park listed as location of the tournament.

4. All teams participating in USSSA leagues and tournaments must have a team insurance policy. 

5. For the 2011 season, we will not freeze rosters until  April 1.   The only exception to this is players and teams with Elite World Series berths.  Teams that win an Elite Word Series berth will have their rosters frozen immediately.  Go to the rules link and then to the Frozen Roster rules for a complete explanation of the frozen roster rules.

6. Teams that win a "AAA" Tournament owe a  play-up  tournament at the major level. A team that wins a AA Tournament must play a tournament at the AAA level. The play up should be in the next available tournament that the higher division is offered with the exception of Holiday weekends or NITS.

7. In the event of weather issues, every effort will be made to complete the tournament. A full refund/credit will be given for a total rainout, 1/2 refund for 1 game played and no refund if 2 games played. The tournament director reserves the right to alter schedules or adjust time limits or number of playoff participants in order to complete the tournament. In the event of a tournament cancelled after starting, credits only will be offered.

8. If there are 4 teams in a tournament, USSSA considers that tournament a go. If we have 3 teams in a tournament, we will give the teams the option of playing a double round robin tournament.

Please note: Our tournaments sometimes begin play as early as 7:45 AM on all days of the tournament and may go as late as 9:00 PM starts. Teams must be prepared to play at any time during the day. No entries will be taken contingent on playing only at a certain time and no changes will be made to posted schedules because you are playing later or earlier than you would like

In the event of an event being cancelled by weather or any other act of God, every effort will be made to complete every game in the tournament. In the event of a rainout that is not made up, we will offer all teams a credit based on the following criteria. In the event of a full rainout a credit will be issued for the entire entry fee. In the event of 1 game played a 1/2 credit will be issued. In the event of 2 games played no credit will be given. If a make up of a rained out tournament is scheduled, there will be no credits or refunds given to teams that choose not to participate. The tournament director has the right to alter schedules, adjust time limits, or adjust the number of playoff participants in order to complete the tournament. The tournament director also has the right to alter the amount of the credits issued.

                                                                                                           All teams must re-register for the 2011 season and purchase insurance if your policy has expired
