All teams must register for 2008 and put a roster online  at www.usssa.com  if they have not already done so

Mail this form to USSSA @ the address below to enter the tournament. The entry fee is for all tournaments is on the schedule page of the website. No drops and no refunds after the tournament is considered full or after the brackets are published, whichever comes first. Never send in an application without a check. Phone calls & emails will not guarantee space in tournament.  Tournament locations are subject to change without notice. There are no guarantees on playing at a particular park or on a certain field. Please check baseballfirst.com for tournament updates after submitting this application.  All refund requests must be done in writing. If a tournament is cancelled for any reason, USSSA has no financial responsibility other than to refund the entry fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days. By signing below, manager accepts  all terms and conditions as explained in USSSA rules, regulations and player eligibility guidelines.
