OPENING NIGHT SCHEDULE
 

3:00 – 5:00   Team Check in:  Big League Dreams Chino Hills.
                    8U, 9U and 10U will check in on the American League
                    side at the check in tables. 11U, 12U and
                    13U will check in on the National League side at
                    the check in tables. Managers only – we do not   
                    need players to check in.  Managers must have a
                    copy of each player’s birth certificate.

6:00              Opening Ceremonies  
                    Note: 8U, 9U and 10U will have their Opening ceremonies on  
                    Yankee Stadium. Teams will line up by their team sign on
                    Tiger Stadium.  11U,12U and 13U will have their Opening
                    ceremony on Crosley Field.  Teams will line up behind their team
                    sign on Wrigley Field..

7:00               Players and coaches picnic: You must have the
                     gray ticket from your coach’s bag to be served.
                     8U, 9U, and 10U will eat on the American side behind the pavilion.     
                     11U, 12U and 13U will eat on the National side behind the pavilion..

7:30               Skills competition:   
                      See the Skills competition flyer in your bag.                      

8:30               Managers Meeting – Sports restaurant
                      8 – Fenway Field stands - outside first base side
                      9-13AA – Ebbets Field stands outside - third base side.                                 

All times are tentative. Each event will proceed as soon as the previous event is finished .
